Our PreNatal Classes are very similar to a traditional yoga class, however they are tailored for expecting mothers. In our classes you can expect:
- Breathwork (Pranayama)
- Stretching / Strengthening Movement (Asanas)
- Relaxation (Savasana)

Being certified means that we understand the important connection between yoga, pregnancy and labour and we are knowledgeable about safety considerations for you and your baby.
Yourganic Yoga offers private classes in the comfort of your own home. Our mobile classes are a great way to receive personalized sessions, or invite your friends for a fun group activity.
